  • The official change from BrightSuite will occur on February 20, 2024. From this date forward, you'll start seeing a new name, branding, and innovative and comprehensive smart home solutions we're excited to offer.

  • No changes to your service or subscription will occur due to the name change. After February 20, 2024, the only difference you'll notice is the name change when we answer your call and on your credit card statement, which will reflect GreenMarbles instead of BrightSuite. Your service will continue as usual, with the same quality and reliability you've come to expect.

  • This transition will have no impact on the professional monitoring of your home. The monitoring station will still contact you with the same number they do today if an alarm occurs.

  • This change will not affect any of the home products you set up. All your existing devices and systems will continue to function as they always have, providing the same level of performance and reliability. This transition is purely a change in brand name and will not affect the functionality or setup of your current products.

  • Your data and preferences for your smart home, including login information, rules, schedules, and notifications, will stay the same. This transition will not affect your current settings or personalization. Everything will continue to function as usual, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • We continuously improve the mobile app with new features, including integrating new products and services. The app, powered by Alarm.com, is regularly updated to enhance your smart home experience. You can look forward to ongoing enhancements that bring the latest smart home technology to your fingertips.

  • If you want to buy new products or adjust your current setup, please call us at (866) 442-7012 or email us at support@greenmarbles.com. Our team will help you with any changes or additions you need, and we will continue to offer both professional installation and do-it-yourself options.

  • This transition will have no impact on your warranty or existing service agreements. All terms, conditions, and coverage of your current agreements and warranties will remain unchanged and entirely in effect. Your services and products will continue to be supported just as they have been.

  • There will be no downtime in service during the transition. Your smart home services will continue running smoothly without interruption, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the changeover.

  • To make sure you receive the latest updates to the mobile app, please download the Alarm.com app from your respective app store and utilize the same login credentials. The app you use today will continue to function as normal if you would like to continue to use it, but there are no currently planned updates.
